Natalie Gottschalk
Interim Executive Director
As Interim Executive Director, Natalie provides overall leadership to the organization and is responsible for setting CAHA's strategic vision and creating community partnerships to improve the health of the Capital Area. Natalie began her position in 2025, following 4 years as its Administration & Social Media Specialist and 3 years as its Office Manager. She has an extensive background in nonprofit business and finance management, office management, and human resources, with experience working in the healthcare field. Natalie holds degrees in business and journalism from Michigan State University and a law degree from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. Email Natalie at connect@cahealthalliance.org.
Adam Williams
Health Equity Coordinator
As Health Equity Coordinator, Adam supports CAHA's two primary health equity initiatives: the Ingham Regional Health Advisory Council (formerly the Health Equity Council) and the Racial Equity Data Initiative (REDI) grant focusing on environmental justice. Adam is a certified leadership coach, certified community organizer, and has over 10 years experience in business information technology and property management. He is also the co-owner and outreach director of MissionsFilled, a multi-church network, and is connected to local outreach resources and community partnerships.
Mary Anne Ford
Healthcare Consultant
Mary Anne Ford is an experienced analyst, strategic planner, evaluator and communicator who has worked with health organizations in Michigan and nationally to support their transformation efforts in the ever-changing environment of healthcare financing and delivery. She has been active in the development of numerous health information exchanges (HIEs) across the country, including providing research and analysis, tool development, business planning, provider outreach, and evaluation metrics. Before launching her independent consulting practice in 2002, Mary Anne spent 17 years at the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS), moving from its government relations department to become the Director of the Department of Medical Economics and Health Care Delivery, and then serving on MSMS’s senior management team.

Jason Blanks
Former Executive Director (2021-2025)
As Executive Director, Jason Blanks championed collaboration among healthcare providers, community organizations, and public agencies to improve the health and well-being of our community. Jason contributed his insight, compassion, and leadership to efforts advancing equity, health access, and community engagement, and he was deeply respected for his passion, generosity, and unwavering commitment to service. Jason passed away unexpectedly on November 7, 2025. We are profoundly grateful for his years of service, and we will miss him more than words can express.
