Kathy Hollister

Executive Director
As Executive Director, Kathy provides overall leadership to the organization and is responsible for setting CAHA's strategic vision and creating community partnerships to improve the health of the Capital Area. Kathy began her position in June 2015, following three years as the Alliance's Outreach Director. Kathy has an extensive background in nonprofit leadership, community outreach and engagement, and health and wellness promotion. Her experience includes working to expand refugee services in San Francisco; overseeing programs to strengthen and support families in New Hampshire; and leadership training and development in Massachusetts and Texas. Since moving to Lansing in 2003, she has built strong community relationships and worked with diverse populations to create environments dedicated to fostering health and wellness. Brianna Sosebee

Administrative Assistant
Brianna joined the Alliance in 2016 as the Administrative Assistant. Brianna graduated with a business degree from Michigan State University and previously worked at the Michigan Public Health Institute. Email Brianna at connect@cahealthalliance.org.
 

Natalie Gottschalk

Social Media & Website Manager
Natalie has worked with the Alliance since 2013. Currently she is responsible for social media campaigns and website management and development. Natalie graduated with honors from Michigan State University with degrees in business and journalism and received her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Her work experience includes time as an associate attorney, writer and editor, and working in the healthcare field.
 

Mary Anne Ford

Healthcare Consultant
Mary Anne Ford is an experienced analyst, strategic planner, evaluator and communicator who has worked with health organizations in Michigan and nationally to support their transformation efforts in the ever-changing environment of healthcare financing and delivery. She has been active in the development of numerous health information exchanges (HIEs) across the country, including providing research and analysis, tool development, business planning, provider outreach, and evaluation metrics. Before launching her independent consulting practice in 2002, Mary Anne spent 17 years at the Michigan State Medical Society (MSMS), moving from its government relations department to become the Director of the Department of Medical Economics and Health Care Delivery, and then serving on MSMS’s senior management team.
